Master Sgt. John Chapman immortalized at hometown commemoration

Hundreds of spectators, veterans and active-duty military members gathered for the U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. John Chapman Medal of Honor monument dedication, Sept. 30, 2018, at Memorial Hall in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
