Four C-130 Hercules aircraft assigned to the U.S. Air National Guard’s 103rd Airlift Wing perform a flyover for the U.S. Master Sgt. John Chapman Medal of Honor commemoration ceremony, Sept. 30, 2018, at the amphitheater in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
