Master Sgt. John Chapman immortalized at hometown commemoration

Terry and Lori Chapman, mother and sister of U.S. Master Sgt. John Chapman, unveil John Chapman’s Medal of Honor monument, Sept. 30, 2018, at Memorial Hall in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.
