Special Tactics Airmen honor fallen

Special Tactics Airmen from the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron compete in a Monster Mash, a series of physical challenges, in dedication to Capt. Matthew D. Roland on the first anniversary of his death. Roland was a special tactics officer killed in action, Aug. 26, 2015, in Afghanistan, alongside Staff Sgt. Forrest Sibley, a combat controller.
