A U.S. Air Force Special Tactics operator fires his weapon during long-range weapons training near Hurlburt Field, Florida, Sept. 20, 2019. The training was part of the first-ever Special Reconnaissance training course. The Special Tactics Training Squadron conducted the course to identify specific core tasks required for each skill level of the new SR career field. Special Tactics is a special operations ground force comprised of highly trained Airmen who solve air to ground problems across the spectrum of conflict and crisis.
