Col. Matthew Davidson, the commander of the 24th Special Operations Wing, presents Chief Master Sgt. Bruce Dixon, the command chief master sergeant of the 24th SOW, a Legion of Merit Medal certificate during Dixon's retirement ceremony at Hurlburt Field, Fla., May 13, 2016. Dixon served 30 years as a combat controller, earning the title of master parachutist with more than 400 military jumps including three combat jumps in Afghanistan.
